its 1986, war in europe. F-20A and Mig 29 face each other…

what if? just imagine the cold war going hot in europe in 1986. say the 1st f20s had entered service and the 1st mig 29s too. they faced each other in combat in one bit of the airbattle. the f20 has more advanced weapons but the mig more advanced close combat things, off boresight missiles, helmet sight and laser aimed gun. how would they cope in combat, mig better close in and f20 better at bvr? agility was similar i think. discuss…
