It's a dirty job, but….

Someone’s got to do it. 😀
With the winter season well upon us it gives great photo opportunities with stunning sunrise & sunset scenes, so I thought I’d take the camera into work last Friday to take a few pics. These were taken on the way to Paris CDG

With a full moon behind us, and the sunrise in front of us this gave some of the most stunning scenery I’ve seen yet whilst flying.

Sorry for the quality, my camera isn’t the best.

Least you get the nose of the aircraft in ;)!

I’ve got the full aircraft in for a while now… i’ve been quite impressed.

I think it’s the 200mm instead of 300mm though…

Brilliant! It’s a shame you don’t fly through LBA often otherwise you could have borrowed my 350D for the odd trip. Ahh well… It’s always nice to see some photos from the pointy bit and as I say, quality sometimes isn’t actually the most important thing. 🙂

Sorry for the quality, my camera isn’t the best.

As a photographer I try very hard to produce images of the highest quality I possibly can (even though I usually fail and end up churning out soft, dull rubbish) but it has to be said, sometimes quality just isn’t the most important thing, and this is one of those cases.

A thoroughly enjoyable post, Deano. Thanks for sharing!
