It's A Kind Of Magic!.

I was having an early morning Bimble around Covent Garden (another night shoot location ticked off) before the stall holder’s and tourist’s turned up when I came across a building ripped apart with the upper section suspended in the air in what turned out to be, after a bit of Googling on my tablet, an art installation by Alex Chinneck called ‘Take my Lightning but Don’t Steal my Thunder’.

Apart from floating in the water I’ve no idea why there is a Hippopotamus, if it is a Hippopotamus, in St Katharine Docks by Tower Bridge.

Taken with a Sony Nex-6 Compact Systems Camera with a 16-50mm/f3.2-5.6 OSS zoom lens in point and shoot mode just for a change from looking through a viewfinder and adjusting settings.
