dark light

Its about time that……..

Its about time that I start scanning some of the pics I have to share out

Sadly, I am still stuck in the film age. Ya I know…….

As a start these are only a small portion of the most recents ones.

I only posted the ones that are of interest in my own humble opinion. Hell, who wants to see more pics of X & Y…..Hahemmm

Of interest to the Brit folks is the Boly section.

Tks to Ollie for the first one.

BTY; I am neither a great photograph or have the patience for detailled scans….

I actually have some stuff back home that is 20+ years old. When I get a minute.

Hope you enjoy.

Will there still be any warbirds flying (and hence anything to take photos of) when it is older than K5054?

I think I’ll scrap all my kit now bacause it wont last 100 years.

Rubbish! The camera I get the most fun out of, and that I want to get to Old Warden this year, is one of these:

😀 😀 😀

Your digital stuff is all very well, but will it still be taking pictures when it is older than K5054? :diablo:

Right, off old-git-before-my-time soapbox!

Most languages tend to put the adjective after the noun. “Red dog” in Irish is “Madra Rua” – “Madra” being “dog” and “rua” being “red”.

In fact, “Madra Rua” is really the Irish for “fox”.

And you are actually right…..

My first language beeing french, this one is easy to explain.

I do translate on the fly when I type.

Example.

A green airplane

In French is:

Un avion vert

Or

A airplane green

We often put the adjective after the word. So I often do that nistake when I translate too fast 😉

Glad you liked the pics

Try translating the language literally in the order the words are spoken. Yoda had it right “to dagoba we must go yes” or something like that.

Great shots by the way. And film isnt an age to be stuck in, its just another phtographic format… of course for archival purposes its the..SHUT UP FENCE 😀

not trying to start abuse here or anything…just honestly curious!!
Why is it that french speaking and writing people write and talk backwards at times?
Here the Memphis Bell is the Bell Memphis…I had a french student that consistently called the stage check a Check Stage!!

Just wondering…as my knowledge of the french language is ZIP…

Interesting pictures though….more please!!
