For those of you who have been following the “Big Bristol Blog” on my forum you’ll be pleased to see Al Marshall successfully ran the port engine on the Bristol Freighter today. See some excellent photos on page nine of the thread here:

This is a fantastic ‘little’ project, and the thread should be read by anyone thinking of getting involved in preservation – and many that already are!
