As you probably guess, I’m not one for Airliners, True I’m a military puke through and through!
Some Airliners are good I guess, but they make nice targets }>
But just recently, I got involved in a huge project and it incorperates an airline! You see I had an idea to offer a service that is lacking here in Australia. I put this idea to the government, and they liked the idea, so now I’m going to do it with their backing.
It’s nothing big, just a regional hopper service that is based on the city hopper services in Europe! This is why I want to know what happened to the Ayers Loadmaster project, it was perfect for my needs!
We plan to be opperating in about 18 months on our first route “South One”! We are looking at hiring 500 people in the first six months, not too shabby!
So I hang out here to gain info on what not to do and what to do in respects to Air opps/ customer service and everything involved in opperating an airline!
One final thing, I was given some details regardin where to go to find the Loadmaster, but Isold my computer and it had all the info on it, so would you mind helping me out once more? Sorry 🙁

I keep you informed of the progress I’m making, yesterday I got the first lot of official papers signed by the government for getting this off the ground 🙂
We belive to have this going in 18 months, the company will be called:
Smart Transit System and the airline is just the start of this huge project!

the only problem with servicing WA is that the population isn’t as good there to start a service. Here in NSW there is a huge population that needs moving, and few airlines to do it in the areas I’m going into!
Don’t worry, if all goes well we already have plans in hand for expansion on a national front! But you have to crawl before you can walk!

Kev, sorry mate, not going that far! This will be a regional service over here, starting in my home state of New South Wales and going from there- It’s a very big country down here, if you’ve ever been here you’ll know!

Regarding customer service, I believe you saw a programme about Easyjet?
……..Way to go!!!!!!!!! Apparently offering the kind of service you commented on guarantees a great future. Just look at their new orders.
