J-10a

As this will be China’s next generation fighter to replace the J-10 is sopposed to match the Mirage 2000 and F-16C/D.

The J-10 seems a bit smaller than the F-16. At least 300 J-10s will be made. In any case of a war the first thing that would be on the scene is the USN Carriers with F/A-18E/F on them. The Pentagon has expressed concern that the J-10 might be a bit more manuverable than the F/A-18 E/F. I think this might be true especially that the F/A-18E E/F is so heavy and slow due to its high drag.
