Japan

Yesterday I was watching a documentary on Japan on the TV. I was shocked. I knew Japan’s economy was in a bad shape, much like the European and American economy. But apart from that, it seems like Japan is slowly turning into a poor nation. Though Germany and the US have similar problems with high unemployment rates, it seems like Japan’s next generation doesn’t care about it at all. The youngsters are staying at home untill 30, instead of finding a job, get married and get some children. Could this mean the end of Japan as an industrial nation? Japan’s economy is based on export, so there should be enough young people to stimulate this. But now, Japan’s population is ageing rapidly, even worse than in Europe (and a lot worse than in the US).
