Japan rolls out the CX and the PX

ATLA announces XC-2 development ended, and allowed JASDF to equip C-2.

2002 March, JDA [now] and Kawasaki signed contract for XC-2.
XC-2 first aircraft did first flight on 2010/01/26.

P-1 mass-production version first aircraft 5503 did first flight on 2012/09/25, and accepted by JDA on 2013/03/26.

C-2 mass-production version first aircraft will be tested at Gifu AB, Gifu Prefecture, and assigned to Miho AB, Tottori Prefecture.

At Gifu AB, Gifu Prefecture, Defense Minister Inada Tomomi inspected the stealth fighter X-2 Shinshin.
She also flew in the transport aircraft C-2.
