Japanese Pilot's calculator

Has anyone seen one of these before? it looks equivalent to an aluminium RAF height and speed calculator. Hoping it’s Imperial Japanese but can’t find any pictures. Anyone good with Japanese stuff?

Thanks for the info, there are units in degrees C and Meters but my Japanese fails me on the rest!

Table on the third one has to do with the sea-state, can’t make hide nor hair of the others at that resolution though.
