Japanese Space Program.

Read somwhere that the Japanese govt has decided to formulate a space policy in response to China senidng a man into space and that Japan has often been accused of lacking in vision. Anyone have any more info on this?

If the Japenese set their mind to it we should see some interesting developments in the near future. The Japanese have the expertise in electronics , have some good brains and most of all have the Money to hire or buy what they dont have or lack capabilities in.

High time the Japense got of their backsides and did something proactive. Enough of this post WWII passive nonsense.
