Japanese 'stealth' … any help ??!!??

I want to start this tread picking up a question from “TsrJoe” from the “what-if” forum:

has anyone out there ever seen drawings or illustrations of any of the Mitsubishi ‘stealth’ aircraft concept designs mentioned in the trade press during the 1980’s?
the only japanese ‘stealth’ design i have been able to uncover was in a japanese patent application for a ‘radar invisible aircraft design’ which looked pretty ‘different’!

I remember only one drawing which was published in an older FLIGHT International issue …. and as I remember right it looked like the very early ATF proposals from Lockheed !
