Does anyone have any news with regards to the Jet Age Museum? I read on the internet that some of the airframes are now based at Staverton Airport in Gloucester. They seem to have a very good collection of aircraft I would hope that it might it might survive and get storage in the future! Did some of the aircraft get moved to other museum or storage facilities?
Any news?

The story made the front page of the Gloucester weekend paper and a full page in the Cheltenham one….they seem to imply that our replica will be getting airborne with another E28 tomorrow for a flypast!

Regrettably I can’t access either – I’m not (nor do I want to be) a facebook member.

(the aeroplane not yer dad :D).
Rob, I have to agree on both counts!
Having been around the Jet Age E28/39 and watched it evolve from a basic fibreglass shell to what you see now over the years has meant that I haven’t really noticed the oustanding transformation..until I see the thing out in the sun on the way to Cranwell again and I am all of a sudden reminded of how impressive the work that has been done to achieve it really is!
Proud? Just a bit!

Your link just goes to one of those pointless quizzes devised by a four year old. Can you fix it please?
