The blurb under the pic says a 3 year lease. Not uncommon.

 Blonde moment there, for me

I’ve read that the A340 is on a short term lease, can anyone verify?

I think the opening route wii be DEL-LHR-JFK.

The long haul routes announced so far are:

Mumbai-LHR
Mumbai-BRU-EWR

Dont know which will start first though

I like it although it would be good if the livery had a bit of modification done to it!!

p.s. This may have been mentioned but what routes is it operating??

A330..news to me, any source?

From www.justplanes.com

Jet Airways to lease A330s May 10
Jet Airways signed a LOI (Letter of Intent) to lease 4 new Airbus A330-200s. Delivery of these aircraft would start in May 2006. The airline will use these A330s on new long haul routes to destinations including London and New York.

🙁 They have a boring scheme..

I totally agree, it lacks any semblance of creativity
