Jet engine blade

I’m trying to identify this engine blade. The number given on it is RS70634. I assume it is Rolls-Royce and wondered if the RS number indicates it is from a Spey.

Any information would be gratefully received.

Spey is EU (at least 1-11) along with some other letter combinations. Never seen RS before I have to say – doesnt appear in my book…
