Jet engines Dandenong VIC

For quite some time there have been 3 jet engines (Avons I think) in a yard adjoining the train line in Dandenong. I noticed today that they are gone – anyone know where/who?

That is good to know, I have often been tempted to call in there and make an offer on them but never had the space to store them so didn’t. Are they Avons? Any history on them?

the engines are safely in storage in the Moorabbin area.
