Easyjet are ok, but i think JET2 are winners.

I think Jet2 will look to Europe for the next base IMO

For some reason i cant see them expanding south, im not to sure why, i just cant see them,

Might it be something to do with all those A319s and B737s in easyJet and Ryanair livery at LGW, LTN and STN? 🙂

Why don’t JET2 try and expand down south, maybe they could get Manston going again or even Southend.

Yes but the North’s low cost airline could change. Look at Easyjet they started in Luton, Ryanair started in Ireland etc i see no reason why they wouldnt want to expand down south.

Oh, I would have thought Jet2 already had this route at MAN! How many have Jet2 got now operating out of MAN?

I’m glad to see the Jet2 base expanding again from Manchester. I was starting to have doubts about anything new from there, with the new base opening up at Blackpool.

Re: BLK – It is good to see that the people of the North now have more destinations on offer flying locally rather than having to travel to other airports.
