Yea I went to DUS in May, nice city, plenty of drinking establishments, very short train ride upto Cologne to see the fantastic Cathedral, and great viewing facilities from the rooftop terrace at the airport!

Cant wait for Berlin to come to lba. My dad promised me as soon as there is a lba service to berlin we can fly there. Its because i will be doing german gcse. Dusseldorf is not that exciting.

I don’t imagine they would have started the routes without sufficient aircraft! There are currently 3 757’s based at LBA, and 2 at MAN, with one going to TFS for the winter, which I assume will be one of the LBA based aircraft.

I am pretty sure they will be acquiring some new 73’s soon.

Great news for all you up north!
Just wondering, do Jet2 have enough aircraft to keep launching new routes; have the new 757s allowed 737s to be shifted to launch new routes?

Fantastic news for MAN, it looks like they have matched the MAN routes with the LBA routes, then added more! REALLY hope we see WAW, SXF and TLS from LBA soon!
