JG53 pilot Georg Amon

I just received some aftermarket decals today which included the bf-109G “Seemann” of Georg Amon (JG53).

After doing a bit of googling I found that he survived the war and was captured by the Americans. There is however no info on what next happened to him. For other pilots you can find out anything including what sort of Mercedes they owned, how much sauerkraut they had in a given year, etc. But for Amon I can’t find anything. Do any of the “Luftwaffen experts” here have a brief dossier on the guys life post-war?
