JMC

Hi; Iam back from Tenerifa. Lots of British planes on the ramp and B757-300 first flight to Spain. Too long. On the other hand,
lots of russian planes on the ramp, closed down. They wait for their groups to come back?, it this profitable in terms of fees.
My flights with AEA B737-800 and B737-300. Smooth, fully booked, with children crying or banging the back of my seat and landing home at SCQ with low visibility and fog. I hate landing at night, in the middle of clouds and without knowing if its going to the right place. I hate coming out of the clouds and finding suddenly the runway lights….too scary.

You should just turn up at the Thomas Cook office and just ask for anything JMC that they dont want!! You never know what you might end up going home with!!

Nicked from a hotel while on a bender he says. LOL!

I have the items you desire but…I’m afraid they form too much a part of my history to part with. Sorry.

Which raises the question… What does an airline do with all of those types of item when it goes through a major and swift rebranding like the JMC/ Thomas Cook one was?

Do they keep using the stuff until it runs out or simply ditch it in the nearest skip and order the new branded items ?

Yeh, give it a shot. If anything they’ll be wanting to get rid of it because I think their leasing a few unwanted aircraft out.

You might aswell, You haven’t got anything to loose…

They’d probably only bin it sooner or later anyway unless they already have.

The safety cards went to Thomas Cook Airlines because they inherited most of JMC’s aircraft. If I can remember rightly the menus were just like little buissness cards with the name of that flights meal and the vege option, most people just chucked them in the bin, including me! Lets just say they were done on a budget
