Jobs at MAN

Hi all. Todays Manchester Evening News has an advert for Serviceair. They are looking for ramp and passeger service agents at the airport (Read: loaders and check in staff) Might be a way in for somebody. They don’t give an address but they do give a phone no 0161 253 2579.

Customer service experience is a must.
Make sure you have your references sorted so you can get a pass.
For the company i work for you must be able to drive.

You have lost me mate!!
Good luck any way
Hotels to airports, mmmm. You still have to deal with Joe Public, unless you are out on the ramp. There are some good people out there, plenty of shouting and laughing .

My bad English 😮

Love dealing with people, just fed up with certain aspects of the industry. Plus I have always wanted to working in aviation but not sure where someone with my skills could fit in.

don’t understand? Why OT?

Don’t know about the qualifications, a quick phone call might reveal all.

You do not any specific qualifications to be able to do check-in as far as I am aware because they should provide training, but the I think that most employers would look for the following:

Good GCSE grades in Maths and English (preferably Grade A-C)
Previous experience in a customer-service role
Ability to cope well under pressure

Knowledge of a foreign language would probably be considered an advantage as well!
