Looks like John Cruickshank, the last surviving WW2 Victoria Cross holder, turns 100 this Wednesday (20th May). He flew in Plane Sailing’s Catalina from Leuchers in July 2016, and seemed in good form then. Anyone have any news of him – and should we be marking the significant birthday of this remarkable man?
