John Travolta + 707 to visit EDI?

Hey folks.

A little birdy told me that there is a possibility of JT coming to Edinburgh with his 707 tomorrow (Monday May 24th)

Apparently he’ll be staying for 4 days.

Can anyone confirm this? As we are having a forum meeting there, it would be extra special if it turned out to be true!

Changing an aircraft that often must be a bit strange, for example reaching to a button which is on a specific place in the Learjet, but is elsewhere in the Gulfstream or so? Or isn’t it like getting used to a new car?

Whiskey Delta ..Point taken..but my days were the ‘good old ones ‘where the really important crew member,(the Flight Engineer) kept things together!..With the a/p engaged anything could happen!

Didn’t he used to have a DC-3 as well?

Interesting. He’s visited before so you never know. Don’t think I’ll get the chance to see him though- if it is true.
