Johnnie Johnson new Spitfire

surfing on the net I just found the following picture (new for me) showing Johnnie Johnson on the cockpit of a Spitfire MkII or MkV with what seems to be 1+½ kill markings: has anybody any information on this Spitfire? Are other photos known of this aircraft?
