Despite being used for only a few days during Gulf War I, with its inherent dangers of crossing Iraqi runways low level, at night, how feasible would JP233 missions have been if the Cold War had broken out? Would Tornado missions against Warsaw pack airfields been “suicidal”? Thoughts?
