Depending on where you live, first I’m sure that Mike Nixon at Vintage V12s in California or Dirke Bende in Germany may be able to assist you and determine the condition of the part. Both have or will be working on Jumo 213 rebuilds.
Both the Collings Foundation and the Military Aviation Museum in US have Fw190D-9 projects in the US and may be interested in the part if it is in serviceable condition. There is a third Fw190D-9 project in Belgium and they have a Jumo 213 that was already overhauled by Dirke Bende (including a new-manufactured supercharger unit just like your part.) The Jumo 213s being used by the Collings Foundation are in rough condition and they could use that supercharger if it is serviceable.
