Thanks very much for the offer of posting some of the digital video on the web, re the shuttelworth displays, I shall await the posting with great anticipation. Again it would be nice to see something available on the open market via the trust, could raise a few coin for them.
Slight diversion, nice to see some AUSTER photos on the forum the other day.

The camera is home to roost, although I’ve not had chance to give it a test flight. Maybe it will get at outing at the weekend?

Since my 300D was unavailable for the forst two OW displays I resorted to shooting Digital Video.

I won’t have time to do any editing for a month or so but will look into putting the shows on to some webspace.

Shuttleworth DVD /Video

As a favour to us colonials on the far side of the world, would it be possible to have some one from the trust, or appointed by the trust, to tape the season at Shuttleworth, and may be transfer it to an all regions DVD, and be made available for sale at the end of the season.
Try as I might, I cannot find any tapes DVD’s from the trust suitable for viewing. Those that are, are very old and well past their use by date. I have had to rely on the magnecient photos posted on this site by all the good folke. I have a portable 5gig HD sits at the computer ready to download photos, nice as it is, but I would like have some “movement at the station”. The posting of the spitfire tail chase from Ledgens 2004 is played often via the stereo system attached to the PC sound card, one word “BRILLIANT”

I don’t know, the show the other week was a little tiresome with absolutely no photo opportunities for even my crappy Fuji 😉

I have never been,and I have promised myself a visit one day so I might make it to this one, and with the Swiss Garden and the adventure play ground on site I think that that should be everybody in the family satisfied!
Ps I might get to fufill my earlier promise to Hairyplane that I would bring my duster and tin of polish! 😉

Pointless???? Simply informing people that details for OW’s display on June 5th were now online………and i never thought being a tease was a criminal offence lol

I’m hoping to be there, as wonderful as the Shuttleworth aircraft are, I’d love to see the Skyraider and Jumpin Jaques at Old Warden. Never seen them display there before.

Lets change hoping to be there to definitely going to be there. 😀
