Thought I’d try my hand at doing another dedicated photo thread…..this time the Mirage III. It can be any Air Force that has operated it over the years and the photos can be anytime from the 1950’s to today. The only catch is that I’d like to keep it strictly to the Mirage III (no Mirage 5/50, Cheetah, or Kfir). For starters, I found this interesting photo on FAS of what I think are three French Mirage IIIE’s with differing loadouts. It looks like an ARMAT anti-radar missile on the rear aircraft, an R.530 AAM on the middle bird, and an AN.52 nuclear bomb on the leader. Any thoughts?
