Just a question…

The F-14 tomcat apparently has no fly-by-wire system. All the controls are hydraulics.
F-16 and F-18 are fully “fly-by-wire”.
My question is : has the F-15 Eagle a fly-by-wire system ? Or was is retrofited in the middle or late 70’s ?
I ask this question because I have doubts (I found nothing trying “F-15+Fly-by-wire” on google) but also because the very first americans Fly-by-wire aircrafts (the modified Phantom and Crusader) flew precisely in 1972…
