Just a thought with all the F-22/JSF talk

Wouldn’t it make some sense to make some cheap drone aircraft capable of relatively high speed capabilities that made, oh, say twice the radar signature of the F-22 or F-35 and send them ahead, or in different directions from the real birds? If you could make them cheaper, maybe even enough to be expendable, then it would seem you could force the enemy to use up a lot more resources trying to figure out which blips are the real danger.
I’m not talking Predators, I’m talking something deliberately sent in to draw fire, but perhaps capable of dishing out some of it’s own, if it’s ignored.
