Hi all
Just checking the Diary and the new aerojumble at Brenzett in Kent is on the 27/9/14.
I believe this to be the former Shoreham aerojumble,so will certainly be lots to see buy and sell.(Cant wait)
Early bird ticket at the ready.
There is also a great Aviation Museum to see…
I managed to get hold of a flyer..
That states the address as follows.
Brenzett Aeronautical Museum
Romney Marsh
Ivy Church Rd

Contact phone number 01424 753356
No better way to spend a Saturday.

Its not negative -its pointing out that many North and North West enthusiasts are going to find it expensive in fuel !That will be off putting to some!
Yes but that was the case for Shoreham too, dealers/buyers from the North and North West still turned up though. Using Google Maps, Shoreham is 18 minutes and 23 miles nearer to Manchester than Brenzett, not really significant. Newark is much closer to people in the North and North West but very few dealers go there. So I don’t think that distance plays that big a part in deciding whether to attend.

It is a long way for the Northern boys granted but if its easier for sellers from the continent to attend and bring in some new stock to the scene then it may be worth the trip down. At the end of the day lets suck it and see if it’s a success or not. I certainly hope it will be.
Good comment, Who knows what may turn up.

Not sure the location is going to attract enormous crowds ! Maybe a few more visitors from the continent!
Don’t be so negative. It’s a good museum in one of the nicest parts of Kent.

Wow! You sound really keen, are you already there camping outside?
Seriously I wish the new event well and will be there myself however I won’t be turning my attention to it until the week before. As Andy has already posted some replies to threads in the past couple of weeks I hope he keeps us updated on the progress of this event similar to the other aerojumbles he has organised in the past. The more publicity the better.
Another reason to plug this so early is to get the word round,as i love these aerojumbles and the more people you can get to attend the better, as we don’t want to lose such a great day in the calender, the more the merry a.
Good luck to the organizers.

Interesting thanks for this good idea, will have to look into this and make a day of the local area.
Hawkinge Museum also not miles away, back on the M20 Dover bound and around 20 to 25 mins away, another great museum although you may need some 3 hours plus to get round,if your a Battle of Britain fan..
