Just how effective is the Su-30MK2???

With the Su-30MK2 apparently being the standard KNAPPO export strike Flanker…(especially after the Venezuelan deal for the 24 Su-30MKVs). I’ve been wondering, if the N001-VE/VEP radar is still the standard for these birds, how effective are they in the A-G and anti-ship roles??? I know that they have A-G modes now and with the VEP can carry Kh-31A ASMs…but how reliable is this radar complex for ground target acquisition and Id??? I know the SAPSAN-E pod is now availible, but will the Venezuelans be getting that to guide A-G weapons??? And finally, is the upgraded N001 radar still competative in the A-A arena (I know the Chinese MKKs have duel R-77 capability)…Thanks in advance!!!
