I was at at home the other night & happened to catch Airline on BBCAmerica (I apparently have no life). It showed one of the “Fresh” pilots doing a dodgy run to Cherbourg in a DC3…
Was that North Weald? I didn’t think to look at the credits…

if it features a ficticious airline called ‘Fresh’, then it’s come off of Sky One. Is it a documentary or fiction???

White & Orange 737’s
Gawdblimey, poor you 😀
It’s obviously the regular programme we get over here about ‘Easyjet’….. & all the dick-heads who turn up at the airport without their passports & still expect to fly…. or those that arrive at check-in with 2 mins to spare & then start arguing (same category – different excuse)….. they all need gassing 😀
‘Z’ list priorty T.V. best avoided (& only mildly less boring then Phil Collins).

Presume you’re talking about the ‘old’ 1981/’82 T.V. series starring Roy Marsden as ‘Jack Ruskin’ ???
er, I don’t think so…. at least not judging by some of the cars on the show that I’ve seen.
It’s some utter tripe about a small airline flying 737’s to Malaga etc…..No idea when it was filmed tho, I assumed it was newer as I dont remember ever seeing it when I lived in the UK up until ’91…
DC3 was OD with no markings on it at all that I could see, no invasion stripes, star & bar, roundels or anything….(probably movie paint….)

Omigawd you’ve opened a can of worms if thats the case, judging by the previous hot thread that was on here some time back :diablo:
If it’s the one in question, enjoy it to the full, every time it’s screened !!!(we don’t have that pleasure on this side of the Atlantic here at the moment 😀 😀 😀
I certainly took enough 35mm shots of the ‘Ruskin Air Services’ DC.3 when she was parading around Stapleford (Tawney – neighbouring airstrip to the South) in the early ‘eighties.
