Just the one from a cold DUB(3/1/2008)….when your luck is in……:D
On a photography note these were fairly tricky light conditions,sun ducking in and out of the colds,i was also shaking a fair bit,from the cold….and excitement of seeing possibly the biggest biz jet in the world..(non-government?)

Yes lads its an A340-600,reg. VP-CCC,i was hoping to get a cabin shot as there isnt one on the net unless i’m mistaken,but just as i left the office,the toe-bar was out and she was being moved into hangar 6 here in DUB:mad:

Well done on the superb A340 shot Gary, Runway 10 and sunshine at the right time too.
Looks like a bit of a buildup in the background too with the snow/sleet showers that we have had in the past few days.
A run through Neat Image will sort your slight grain problem out with ease.

seriously though i did have it on ISO 400….,i’m glad just to have got any sort of photo,in this case i wasnt even aware it was coming in,so a nice grainy consilation i got!
I’m only joking, Gary! ISO 400 or otherwise, it’s a superb shot and quite deserving of a place on JP. 🙂

AHHHHH i just remembered i had ISO 400 selected from doing some night shots the days before!!!………seem to have just gotten away with it thought…just mind you!
ISO 100 on Nikon cameras looks like that! You’ll tell us anything! :diablo: 😀

Stunning shot, Gary. The lighting looked tricky as evidenced by that bit of noise in the sky.
