Justice of a sort

This odious little creature has been banged up.

They did not do him for the Cenotaph incident though.

Mind how you bend over for the soap in the showers Charlie!

It quite Amazes me how ” Thick” todays Uni graduates are !! I doubt this lad can spell his own name , let alone know what the Cenotaph represents!!

The same with ” The Apprentice ” one team thought Caracas was a Mexican musical instument & the other team thought Cristopher Columbus was British!!

This little Sprog will probably get better education in the ” Slams “

I think the best one is “He was let out early, because of good behavior”, apart from causing damage/harm in prison, there is not a lot more they can do, as they are not harming any member of/ or society, whilst they are banged up.
I.M.H.O. any sentance dished out by the Judiciary system should be served in full, as they say, “If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime”.One good thing to come out in recent years was that a perps house/cars, assets deemed to be the proceeds of crime may be siezed.

Except that he’ll probably be out in half the time anyway won’t he? Sentencing in this country is bizarre, I have to say. The judge hands down a sentence so why in heavens name does it get reduced in almost every case? They might as well hand down half the time in the first place.

I agree with the custodial sentance the Judge handed out to this overly spoiled idiot. Men died so he could act the fool. Sometimes sentences like these are a show of the power the Laws of the land can dish out, for the sake of future miscreants who may now think twice about the stupidity of such acts.WELL DONE THAT JUDGE. we need more like him.

I’m glad the judge rejected his excuse that the didn’t know what the memorial represented.
You would expect more from a Cambridge student.
Then again, in light of the way history isn’t taught today (at least in my country) perhaps not.

Although I don’t condone his actions in particular, isn’t a 16 month custodial sentence extremely harsh, especially in the light of some of the offenders who get off with much less?

Not in my book its just British Justice has become to lenient to other offenders.
