Where’s the Honeymoon?
Scotland is still iced over in April so it wont be up at Balmoral.

Interesting comment/letter in The Times yesterday, or so said my mother:

“Never mind a day off for the wedding, how about a day off from the wedding!”

With the amount of media coverage already, I totally agree with whomever said this!:)

April! Oh how common!
Society Weddings should be June. Traditions, like standards, are thrown out yet again.

Ah well, it’ll be worth watching. She’s fit.

“Prince William and Kate Middleton will marry on Friday 29 April at Westminster Abbey, Clarence House says. “

“The extra holiday will fall in the same week as Easter Monday, giving millions of workers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland a three-day week.”

scotlands thinking about it.

You mean you won’t be glued to the TV from early morning until evening following every twist and turn of the dreaded event?;);)

So you really want to have an extra day off and are prepared to give up a days worth of wages/beer money for an event that is of little significance to you personally and that you unlikely to be invited to…thats a bit daft, isn’t it?

Dont know about you, but i get paid for bank holidays. So daft???? NO

This future Queen is a heck of a lot better looking than the current one!

The future Queen is the woman that looks like Rod Hull. Although she won’t be Queen when Charlie is King, I don’t think. Won’t she stay as the Duchess of Cornwall?
Will and Kate won’t get their backsides in a Throne, unless Charlie wants to say no to the job, which he can’t. Liz has got about 15 more years, then Charlie should get the job for about 25. It gives little time for Wills, but yes, mathematically he could get there.

I can see the headline in the Daily Express tomorrow, “Exclusive” – Diana will not be at the wedding.

this reminds me one of the officials at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi thanked Princess Diana for being at the games.
