It must be the silly season ! A KC-135 from the 100th ARW flew two passes in the Mach Loop yesterday, presumably a frustrated fighter pilot.
KC-135 historic ? Well, it entered service in 1957 (67 years ago !), so let’s say yes. Maybe it was inspired by the Red Bull DC-6 which also had a go, back in June.

Very impressive.
I’m certain “The Bloody One-Hundredth” also flew in the Mach Loop earlier in the Summer or Spring this year. However, didn’t see any pics of it.
