KC 135 with gear…

Seen today at 2-50pm 5 miles West of Skegness Lincolnshire heading North West at about 1500ft KC 135 with gear and flaps down also with rear fuel probe down and extended ……
It was not on a recognised approach and most unusual to see the fuel probe extended…..

Any thoughts ??
