Keeping cats away

What can I put on my drive to stop next doors cat using it as a toilet?

I see him pooing on my drive daily and apart from having to mind where I walk every time I go out my bin absolutely stinks of cat poo and I’ve had a warning from the bin men to reduce the smell as it is so overpowering!

Not even remotely funny.

Relax Daz ..don’t be so uptight ..it’s just a bit of harmless fun ..we can’t be serious all the time..unwind Lad..there’s enough anal retentives on here without you getting uptight aswell

I love cats. They have this special sauce they serve them with in the Philippines. Very tasty.:dev2:

Cats don’t p*ss on driveways. They p*ss in the dirt….

I really take offence at people offering up various ways of despatching cats, humorous or not, as if they were vermin – at least when they sh*t somewhere, they have the good graces to cover it up.

Want me to kick a dog in the bawsac next time it craps on my lawn??

What about putting some of ours dogs poo on the edge of my drive, would that stop the cat?

I’m still waiting for a photo of said moggy in the act, any chance?

Being as its Crimble and all – my mum just reminded me that I used to spray the Brut 33 that an auntie used to buy me around the bin to keep the cats away from the Turkey left overs. Ummm, OK, will think on that one again… seems a sound plan….

I guess the idea of coming out of the house with a damn great dog has already been suggested.

I think I’d rather shovel the odd heap of cat poo, than walk around the streets picking up the huge piles of steaming ordure that issues from the back of a large dog and the law insists must be taken home.

You could always ask your neighbour to get their cat to follow in this one footsteps…;)

Anyone else notice the fact that it didnt flush the loo afterwards…wonder if it washed its paws in the sink either – filthy creature!

Quite why someone decided to film their cat taking a s**t on the loo has me somewhat perplexed, but I suppose it is YouTube so anything is possible!:D

this has happened to me, neighbours cat became senile and started crapping anywhere(she told us to squirt it with a water pistol if it started to crap in our garden) and i caught it when i was washing the car, gave it a blast with the pressure washer(it was at a safe distance) i also accidentally strafed the missus who didn’t find it as funny as i did. I’ve got 3 German shepherds, the sodding cat was lucky it didn’t try and **** in the back garden.

I have not read all the way through this thread but I guess the idea of coming out of the house with a damn great dog has already been suggested.

We’ve got two very loud dogs so I think the cat is being very brave!

And yes, it has already been suggested! :p

Really, what harm is the cat doing by hiding under the car? Sod bloody all. It likes the warmth, that’s all.

It can be troublesome when it makes a habit out of it and you don’t realise it’s there, and either it doesn’t get out of the way fast enough when you’re pulling away or you pull away too fast; not giving it a chance (granted, essentially the same thing).

LOL.

Put a litterbox to where the cat usually poo. If that didn’t work, I’ll have to establish a good neighborhood relationship with the cat’s owner so they could do something about this problem.

Several weeks ago I came out to go shopping and next doors cat was hiding underneath my car with neighbour out also. She made a joke about cat always hiding under cars to which I remarked I hope he gets out of the way soon, her reply was a chuckle.

Should I start leaving treats just in front of my cars tyres in the hope of sorting this problem out for good?

Next time the cat shows up to do this, take out your schlong and show him who’s the bigger pisser on your drive. He will understand! 😎
