Is anyone else from South Devon/Plymouth/Cornwall area going, as I could do with a lift – there are no trains on the day from here that arrive before about 1.30pm.
I live in Plymouth.
Will help with fuel costs, and driving if necessary.
Thanks,
Rob

What’s with the ‘kin weather ?????
I’m planning a family get-together with barbecue on Saturday – on Sunday my daughters and grandadughter are staying at home and sons-in-law & me are going to Kemble on Sunday – for Fathers Day.
Tickets are all purchased, arrangements all made…
The forecast two days ago was wall-to-wall sunshine, so it was going to be the first airshow in about the last four that promised decent weather.
It’s Friday, I’ve just driven in to work in Swindon – in low cloud and drizzle.
Boot up the PC – check BBC weather forecast for Malmesbury :- http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5day.shtml?id=3458
The forecast has now changed – Sunday is shown as THUNDERY SHOWERS !!!
Is there anyone I can sue ???
Ken
Cummon Ken, get real! They can’t forecast the weather two days ahead and you know that. They said it would be HOT 😮 but who mentioned sunshine? Anyway, we know where to come for a barbeque now – cheers!

Kemble is near Cirencester, and there’s a different report for that. I did a search using the airfields postcode:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5day.shtml?id=2037
Sunday lives up to its name here.
Still looking for a lift. If anyone can help, please let me know.
Kemble is about equi-distant between Malmesbury & Cirencester.
Malmesbury weather for Sunday is ‘Thundery Showers’
Cirencester weather for Sunday is ‘Sunny’ !!!
I know which one I want………………
Sorry I can’t help with a lift.
Cheers
Ken

Rob,
Any other time…yes, but on this occasion I’m off to see XM655 blat down the runway at Wellesbourne, and this (and others) event clashes.
