My wife’s uncle has organised a famliy get together on the day of the Kemble show. Originally, this was not an issue but the show is starting to look very good. The best compromise I can find is to go along on the Saturday to catch any arrivals and/or practice flights. Any ideas on what may be there on the Saturday?

thanks for the advice guys.
The family get together has been cancelled (what a shame) so looks like I can make the Sunday 🙂

I’m pretty sure they’re not doing that this year as it proved too costly last year.

It was open last year for the Saturday practice & arrivals.

As far as I’m aware the show site will not be open on Saturday for arrivals/practices. Usually the RAF aircraft arrive on the friday before the show if they are not needed elsewhere, but there should be some of the privately owned aircraft arriving on Saturday. I don’t know about whether the usual spots for watching from outside will be open or not on the saturday, but I guess if they are they will be very busy! Espeacially if the Gannet makes it!
