Would this modification be allowed to be used in the UK if needed?
It’s not really a modification, per-say, as the system is not foreign to mid-late model P-40’s – commonly seen already in most P-40E/F/K/M/N’s flying today.

The comments at the end–Can’t remember where the trim switch is ,and is something hanging off as it was buffering in flight LOL. 🙂 Nice to see they have sorted the undercarriage problem out.Would this modification be allowed to be used in the UK if needed?

Nope, Allison.
Good to see it back in the air.
Hopefully we’ll get a ‘Kermie Cam’ of it in the future!
Cheers
