this is great but I would love to see a clip of the ex Aces High Ju-52. I great times with her and it was a sad time when we packed her for Kermit

These videos are fascinating. Much was revealed in them about this high performance bomber/gunship: US forces fighting the Japanese preferred the B-25 as a gunship due to better visibility for the pilot (with its engines set further back); It was a good bomber for US forces in Europe (payload equivalent to a B-17; Up to twenty 50 Cal’s (including the two turrets and wing gun packs) able to fire forward; Pilot and one gunner normally crewed it (three in the bomber version); The armour plate protection in front on the pilot is HUGE; The hydraulics array so close behind the pilot is ‘eye-catching’….and Mr Weeks is hoping to have this aircraft, completely restored in every detail, ready for Oshkosh next year. I can’t wait.
