Key Aero: new spam

It’s KeyAero’s train set to do with it what they wish. If it’s not generating £££ then perhaps there isn’t an incentive. 

And what does the management do about it? Sweet ….. – well, I suppose that it is the weekend and they are probably off duty.

And another one a couple of hours or so ago too.

The latest spam merchant has put in an appearance at https://www.key.aero/forum/historic-aviation/live-247sport-hd-ufc-269-tv!

I’ve just taken a look at the RC forum and there do not now appear to be any spam posts there. Perhaps someone has got the message as a result of the most recent posts of Peter and dhfan?

A question. Are you now the only moderator to this forum, Peter? Have all the others, whose names we used to know so well and see so frequently, long since slung their hooks?

I never look anywhere other than here, but the R/C forums a real mess as you say.

There’s not really any point in Key leaving it open, it’s only had one non-spam post in getting on for 4 years.

I agree about being “thrown out for a triviality” at other sites and they seem to spend a lot of time hunting for trivialities. I wonder how much time Key has set aside to manage this forum? Not too much, I guess!

Christer: not intended to be funny, but I appreciate your comment. It is sad that on certain sites you can get thrown out for a triviality whereas here you can try to sell illicit documents and still be let on board. Wake up Key.

its because the crystal palace pulled the mod ability to bin them  as soon as we see it.. we can only delete the posts…

Maybe the problem is that they don’t do ‘due diligence’ on applicants for membership, and that the word as to this is getting around the spammers, fraudsters and other online rogues of the world? And if such a problem is exacerbated by a lack of regular policing of the forums, perhaps those individuals view this website as a ‘soft touch’?

But why doesn’t Key Aero delete the perpetrator? This is not just spam, it’s illegal. Surely, when a new member seeks to join they are vetted and can be deleted at the touch of a key. And now MARKLARRY rears its ugly head.
