[updated:LAST EDITED ON 30-07-02 AT 12:26Â PM (GMT)]Can anyone tell me where this airline are based, its just that i’m not sure. All of their a/c have different tail numbers. Numbers that start with F or 7T and some start with C, D, SU, ZS and TC?
So this Airline is either from France, Algeria, Canada {Which I don’t think it is}, Germany, Turkey or South Africa?
Khalifa also operate fighter a/c too, and the registations on them start with RA or ES? Its pretty confusing!!!
So if anyone can help, I would appreciate it. 🙂

RE: Khalifa Airways?
Team Khalifa are a civil jet team flying L39 Albatros a/c – they currently fly four but are looking to add 3 more in time for next season. They were formally known as team apache and r regular on the UK circuit – i’ve seen them this summer at Elvington – team apache are French btw

All i know about them is that they have two A330-300 on lease from Skyservice. They also use the Skyservice flight deck who go down there on 1 month rotations.

RE: Khalifa Airways?
Bhoy ,
Don’t say please to Algerians is a French colony!!!! it’s almost as sensitive as saying to an Irishman that he is British 🙂
They got their independance in 1962.
Anyway you’re right Khalifa is algerian , but I guess than some of the planes are on lease from Airbus

RE: Khalifa Airways?
They’re Algerian, which is a french colony so that might explain the ‘F’ registrations…
ALthough, as that a/c is an Airbus, it may just be that the F and D Registrations are temporary regs during flight testing.
Or they may be dry leased from those airlines in those countries, and not reregistered…
