LAN Chile – New colours and logo

Just seen this on Airliners.net. LAN Chile are now simply called LAN and they have unveiled a new logo and livery. What do you think? I think it´s very smart and has managed to keep the classiness of the current (now old) livery while being fresh and modern.

What I read at a.net is that the name will be the same for all divissions. So more LANchile, LANperu, LAN*****. They said that the “new” name is to be LAN, short for Latin American Network. Quite smart if you ask me!

I like this livery a lot more than the current. I never liked the old livery.

If so, what are your thoughts on Air Transat?

Latin Airlines Network.

Thanks for that Bmused. That would make sense.

Looks like a near carbon copy of Lila Design’s concept for Crystal Airways and for EuropAir (A virtual airline)

The new livery looks pretty good, if somewhat BMI reminiscent?
