Lancaster construction question

Can anyone tell me if the small panel highlighted in red is screwed on or riveted on. I believe it is screwed but could be wrong and can’t find any ref to it, a close up photo would be great. This is for my Lincoln panel build. The photo belongs to the FM104 Restoration project.
Thanks Paul

Definitely riveted. The only fasteners across the bottom of that panel in the photo are clecos. It has yet to be riveted back into place.

I’d guess that it’s riveted Paul

Pretty sure it is riveted. I’ll have a look on my PC later as I have a picture showing this area. I had it in mind to do a similar thing and got as far as getting the flat front screens made from 6mm perspex but no further.
