If the Lancaster pilot who displayed at the Shuttleworth display yesterday reads this, I congratulate you Sir. that was the finest Lancaster display I have seen in over 40 years of going to airshows. It really was. Three lovely top side passes. Made my day.

yes I agree, it was very nice to see her top side for a change, really enjoyed the displays must be 18 years since I last went to an airshow there, but it was just as I remembered, really enjoyable.
the only thing I was slightly disappointed with, was I was really looking forward to the Brisfit dropping Poppies, I thought that was a very moving moment, but if it did drop any, they were few and far too high………………I did not see any fall ?
