The Langham Dome Trainer opened at the weekend. A fantastic achievement to all involved, and a worthy recipient of Lottery Money.
From a crumbling black shell to this.
The outside is nicely landscaped. Some really nice touches. You can actually hear the sound of Beaufighters over the airfield again.
Details of opening times can be found here http://langhamdome.org/. Well worth a detour if you’re in the area.

What is the present condition (internal/external) of the gunnery training dome at Shoreham?

It was a cracking day and the Grace Spit gave a really neat display.
They have achieved something really neat here and have helped others with their requests too

it was a very nice opening ceremony, much hard work done by local people to preserve this. it deserves success!
