A oil terminal in Buncefield, some 15 miles from Luton, has exploded. There are reports reports of casualties, but no official confirmation. Lots of houses have been damaged/on fire. The explosian was heard up to 30 miles away.
Some people have said they heard an aircraft prior to the explosion. Might be terrorism, might be a plane bound for (from) Luton, might be something else altogether.
